Cancellation Policy

+ The term of this lease is for 5 months, 1st February – 30 June or 1st August – 31 December
+ Full refund (Deposit + 1st rent) if you give cancellation notice 60 days prior to the beginning of your reservation (e.g. If your booking starts on the 1st of Feb you will need to give notice on the 1st of December or before)
+ Once the semester had started, If the Tenant decides to break the contract before the time stipulated in this contract, the LAND LORD will charge the tenant the remaining length of the lease agreement, directly to the credit card the tenant provided at booking moment.
