Not all the houses in Porta Real are Fisvo Houses so you should be careful, this board is meant to recommend awesome houses or prevent students from renting houses in bad shape or with terrible property owners / land lords who are taking advantage of students, share your experience.
I would rate the Fisvo houses a 10 out of 5 coz they are the best, I had the time of my life with the guys, traveling, partying, chilling. the booking process is real fast and you can notice that the Fisvo guys were exchange students also, they help you always.
The Fisvo community is the best, the houses are perfect for students, the residencial area is full of Tec students that you can meet by the pool or at the house parties, Rito and Javi took great care of me, most of the time I took care of them hahaha.
I was not initially living in a Fisvo house but I moved after a friend of mine took me there, the houses are new with great design, the swimming pool is the best part, Tec is minutes away and there's a lot of students living in the area, it was a great decision to live there.
