We have made this page to give you a brief introduction to the most important details about life inside the residence Porta Real Turin, this residential complex is mostly for families so keep in mind all the time the respect for your neighbors, their work schedules and their children since they don’t have the same lifestyle you have, tolerance and empathy for others will help us maintain an atmosphere of respect. 

 

Here we highlight the regulations more related to you, likewise if you request we will give you a copy of the complete rules that apply for any resident.

 

IMPORTANT: Remember to take some minutes during your first days to meet your next-door neightbors, break the ice, this will open the communication and tolerance, its harder for them to report you if they know you.

Student housing rules and regulation:

 

1.- Quiet hours mean that community members must keep noise at a very minimal level in all of our housing, surrounding grounds, and recreation areas.

 

Quiet hours are:

10 p.m. - 10 a.m. Monday to Sunday (No music, no loud noises)

 

2.- Please don’t argue with the security guards, call to the administration to solve the problem, if you are under the influence of alcohol limit yourself to go out to party or go to bed, let’s solve it next day.

 

3.- Residents will be responsible for the actions of and/or damages incurred by their guests.

 

4.- Common area damage charges not readily assigned to a particular individual may be charged the entire group living in the house.

5.- Behaviors whether through conduct or expression which are not civil or respectful and which breach the peace within or around the residence are not permitted.

​

6.- Visitors of student houses are not allow to enter with their vehicles, please ask them to park in the visitors parking spaces.

​

7.- Maximum number of visitors per student house is 12, you will get a economic penalty if you fail to comply with the rule.

​

8.- Is completely forbidden to have House PARTIES of more than 10 people, please mind the noise, latest time to end up the party is 22:00 hrs Monday to Sunday.

​

9.- It is forbidden to park a car outside the house garage space, all the vehicle wheels should be inside the garage area.

​

10.- Is completely forbidden to consume alcohol in the exterior of the houses, if you have a reunion please ask to the attendants to stay inside of the house. MUSIC level should not disturb your neighbors during your reunion.

​

11.- Security guards can ask you for you RESIDENT ID to identify you as a person living in the coto.

​

About “Casa Club"

 

1.- Maximum number of guest per house at the “Casa Club” is 12 if more please ask permission to the administration previous to the arrival of your guest, you will be ask for a guest list.

​

2.- It is not allowed to join several homes and make a super party, don’t play the smart person coz we were not born yesterday, ask permission.

​

3.-It is not allowed to bring any glass recipient like beers around swimming pool area or inside the swimming pool ¿Why? because if any glass gets broken we will have to empty the pool to clean it and we will put your picture at the entrance of the residence for everybody to know who was the smart guy and also charge you for all the expenses incurred.

​

4.- Students are not allowed in the Casa Club on Sundays and the Casa Club/pool close on Mondays for maintenance.

​

5.- When in the swimming pool you should wear the appropriate swimming cloths 

​

IF YOU FAIL IN LIVING BY THE RULES INSIDE PORTA REAL YOU WILL GET AN ECONOMIC SANCTION THAT CAN ALSO RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF YOUR LEASING CONTRACT.
